Even when I was a young ... at best i may have had a four pack... but over the years have always been athletic but can never lose that stubborn layer of fat... I am fairly thin but am losing hope. I love working out. Last year, I gained 40lbs. of muscles but I need about 20-30lbs. more. I work out like crazy. My motto is Heavy and Shockmode. Put my body through major craziness. I would do about 1000 situps, 200 crunches with 100lbs, leg spreaders, and so on. Gain no weight doing stuff like that 5 days a week. I have used weight gainers and all. I need help.
