Stye in My Eye...

Stye in My Eye... Well, rather it is on my lower left eye-lid. This little boil, pimple, whatever you want to associate it with, is about as painful as it comes!!! I couldn't wait to get home from work, wash my face, remove all of my eye make-up and start applying hot compresses to the affected eye... I'm hoping I can get it to come to a head and drain before Saturday morning's race...It hurt like hell this morning...but I decided if I wore my glasses today instead of putting in my contacts, that would help...well, I probably should've not worn eye make-up, specifically my water-proof mascara...I'm sure the hardness of the<b> waterproof </font></b>mascara is part of the culprit to this little situation... Nevertheless, I find myself dealing with a stye on my eye-lid over a holiday weekend!!!! Pleasure's a sin, and sometimes sin's a pleasure... - Lord Byron, Don Juan |
