Snap, crackle, pop....

Snap, crackle, pop.... When you bend down to pick up the bath mat and it sounds like a bowl of Rice Krispies with freshly poured mil.... Ugh.... Getting old sucks! Have I mentioned that before?? My body is especially sore today, for some reason. I literally did NOTHING all day yesterday so there is no reason for it at all! Yet, here I am, feeling ninety and dreading the fact that I have to get moving and start getting ready for my work day. Cripe! Wish me luck! I'm going to take two Advil and start my day..... Happ.... Eh, to hell with it. It's not happy, it's just Monday. Monday! |

To bad you don't have one of those walk-in tubs with the heated seat & all those water jets to help you. I have a walkin shower with several shower heads you're welcome to join me in it

I actually had a bowl of Rice Crispies for breakfast this morning. Yes, I wondered if the noise was coming from the bowl or from me!

I wish I had few years of your youth. Do take care, or it will get a bit worse fast.. I can tell you that it sure doesn't get any easier to stay healthy and the joints don't only get noisy they hurt!! I got up this morning to yesterday's left-over ice storm, by daylight we had ice and sleet all over everything and all-day Sunday it snowed and finally covered all the mess the ice made. It will begin to show tomorrow . We are to have some sun tomorrow and temp up to 40.. So I get to clean up the lawn again!!!
