Move over Bobby Flay....
Move over Bobby Flay.... There's a new chef in town! Or.... So I'd hoped.... Until I cooked my air fryer manual and cookbook. Cripe!! Just when I think I'm starting to improve, I try to burn the house down... Yet Again!! What's worse? I couldn't figure out where the smoke was coming from because the food I was cooking wasn't burning. I had somehow managed to layer potato wedges, olive oil, tinfoil, and manuals in the pan that I'd popped into the toaster over to cook for twenty minutes. That takes talent! It finally hit me that I didn't see the booklets on the counter and realized I hadn't taken them out of the pan before I put the tinfoil and taters on there.... So I was cooking them too. Ugh... I could use a private tutor for culinary instruction. Any professional chef's out there who would like to take on this challenge? It could be your biggest challenge yet! Happy Tuesday! |

It happens to the best of us.. oh well, hopefully if the books are well done you can find them posted online on the manufacturers site Smokey Bear would be proud..... (ahem)

They say as we grow older, we should be adding more fiber to our meals... ...you are a Chef...with instinctive skills and knowledge!

At least the booklets could be part of a low-calorie diet!

Simple solution either marry a chef or go online and look for a manual or write the company and ask for a new one.

That's hilarious! I undstand that booklets & manuals are low protein, low fat, and high in carbohydrates. Does this fit into your dietary plans?

That would be fantastic. I had cut up the potato wedges and oiled/seasoned them on the other counter, then transported them on the tinfoil to the pan. I was watching the wedges to make sure they stayed upright and didn't even look at the pan. Yikes...

You're quite innovative in your ability to create hazardous conditions. No real man would have made that same mistake, because the first thing we do with a new anything is find the instructions and throw them away. I'd offer to provide guidance, but you'd have to speak in the affect of Julia Child.
