How was my day?

How was my day? Well, let me tell you! I was two hours and three minutes into my shift today when one of the leaders turned to me, in the 9 o'clock meeting, to tell me my shirt was inside out. Yah, that felt awesome. You know what the worst part of this whole scenario was? I was wearing a button down shirt. BUTTON DOWN! How I managed to pull that off without noticing a thing is a complete fucking mystery to me. Apparently I was Houdini in a former life... I know that my mind has been preoccupied all this week, with the Spawn's birthday tomorrow and my Mighty Marine's birthday on Saturday.... But, really?!? Egads I can't wait to see what fresh horror I walk myself into tomorrow. Wish me luck! Happy Thursday! |

OMG, I love you It's been a really hard year or so and you make me laugh so hard. Just do what I do laugh at yourself so you don't cry. Have you ever thought of writing a book or doing stand up comedy?

🤣🤣 Have done that! The worst, and I think a lot of guys can relate, is the pee spot on your light grey shorts. The last drop you couldn’t shake out? Never happens with black pants/shorts. Always light grey or khaki.

You're just very talented! Most people wear t-shirts and sweatshirts inside-out. Wearing a button-down inside-out is MUCH more difficult! Those other people? Slackers!!

I've worn my pants inside out AND backwards, so there! But seriously...do you take volunteers to dress you? I know undressing is more fun but hey, times are tough.

OMFG! Been there ! Oh right my shirt is inside out ????? as you turn into ant person run away and fix it ......... We all have a day or two like that Brain is a thousand miles away as our body wanders thru the Trenches of everyday life  You are not alone ... One way to look at it the weekend can only get better !! Hope you have a Great weekend celebrating birthdays and relaxing !! Cheers !!

Good evening Mighty Mom, a happy birthday to the younger one.... Yes it is hard to imagine buttoning up a shirt and it inside out,.. I have put them on that way and tried , but it did ring a bell, wake up!!!! Turn it around, it works better that way Maybe tomorrow will be a stellar day for you..

Thankfully nobody else said anything, not sure if they noticed. It was a black shirt but you could see the inside seam of my sleeve and the salvaged edge, which is how he had noticed it was inside out. If I could have, I would have totally gotten into my car and driven home.
