Friday and Saturday nights

Friday and Saturday nights In my time on this site (on and off 13 months) I have noticed something that seems odd considering that the site says it is for people to meet for sex. I see a lot of people, women in my case, on the site on Friday and Saturday Nights. My presumption is that most people work Mon – Fri and that Fri & Sat nights are “date” nights. I know some people are here just to chat/blog or otherwise not meet. Yes, I know some people are disrespectful in one way or another. According to the stats page for AZ there are about 18k Women seeking Men and 320k Men seeking Women. I will assume (yea, yeah ass U me) that ratio is about the same across the US and possibly Canada (eh). So theoretically every woman should easily have one guy on any given night they want to and particularly on “date nights”. Yes I know there is more to this than numbers, but the numbers are significant even if you split the ratio in half. Any thoughts on why this is? When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself. |

Sweetlips_03 is right, most men are not here to date. They look for instant hook ups, where most women want what is called now Sexual Dating. Let's not forget those of us (I'm so guilty of that!) who sign on but go about their business away from computer or phone. When I first joined, this surprised me as well. I got plenty of messages asking to meet but rarely were the requests ever for Fri or Sat night. It took me a while to realise that many men reserve those 'date' nights for women who they think of in terms of 'girlfriend' material. Apparently women who join sex sites, have nude photos & openly discuss sexuality aren't girlfriend material. Initially, I was appalled that this mindset existed here naively thinking that men who joined this site were sure to be much more progressive than those on regular dating sites. And I almost left because I was so disappointed. However, luckily, I have met and talked to enough men who appreciate that I am more than just a piece of tail, who have asked me out on actual dates and who may hope but don't just assume that I am going to fall into bed with them.

A very big percentage of those men don't want a date. I would say for what I have seen, that half the women do. Then the other percentage of those men, are undesirable by the women they are focusing on. When I first came on here I thought having sex would be as simple as texting; tonight? And it was men that made it complicated. Or the men that I chose. I on the other hand have noticed that the guys I talk to the most during the week, aren't here on the weekends.
