Embrace Your Life

So I feel I am getting back on track. You can always tell if there is something going on in my life which is a heavy weight on my shoulders if I am not positing as much. But we have the ability to overcome, and even dance in the rays of light once again. That is what I am doing indeed.

Today is a warmer day here in North Carolina and the sun feels good. I just pared down my friends list on here. Those that i have never talked with, or haven't in a long time and there is really no connection I deleted. Don't worry if you are one of my loyal readers on here I will always keep you and hold you close. You guys have helped me get through one of the roughest years in my life. I can never thank you enough for just being here for me and even messaging me.

I am finding my way back to being more functional and positive. I have some story lines in mind, and think you all are over do for some erotic tales. Celebrating just being alive, doesnt matter how we look. What matters is how you treat people, and how you allow them to treat you. The reason I am feeling so happy is that I am standing up for myself in all areas of life. No more agreeing just to make someone happy , which drags me down. Sure we all agree sometimes to a degree to our loved ones but there is a limit. Too much<b> giving </font></b>in to what you dont believe in makes you disintegrate.

So with all this, I hope each one of you are ready for Christmas. It is not the gifts you will be giving, it is what is in the heart. If I could, I would give each one of you a hug and sit and just talk with you over a hot cup of coffee and a few cookies. We would share stories, laugh, flirt and smile until our cheeks hurt.

 Soo glad you're feeling much better, it HAS been a challenging year for many, 'tho I feel very lucky to have escaped most of the London, UK turmoil & at least our cinemas opened back in April; can I suggest you watch some of Dr JohnDemartin's videos on YouTube, of my favourite teachers since '97, just pickany topic incl "relationships" "health" etc & he will help you identify your core values & re-affirm who the real you is, just my 2pennorth, big warm horny hugs from London UK, Mark x

 I am happy you are getting some sunshine. Sunshine always lifts my spirits. What you have written sounds wise and even better is that you are doing what you know to be good. That is usually the hard part. Too often we know but have trouble in the doing. So dance your life to the limits your body and circumstances allow for when you do, you mind can dance beyond those limits.
I am mostly ready for Christmas and have already celebrated the Solstice with my Lady Diane. The Solstice is the beginning of our spiritual new year. Am writing notes to go with the traditional Christmas cookies I am giving to my estranged daughters. I have small hopes they will change things but still keep some hope.
I would love to sit with you over a Christmas cup of tea, coffee or cocoa and talk of hopes, joys, remembered stories and who we are. I will bring the cookies and a bit of fudge too. I think you would be good to share such with hugs and smiles.
So Ann I am sending you big virtual smiles, naked hugs and kind thoughts.

Sadly I have pretty much given up on either one of my estranged daughters ever coming round. I can't help them, and they were not raised the way they are. Sadly they use people, especially men, which I do not feel is right at all. But my door and heart will always remain open for them.

Sitting down with you with you for a chat over hot cocoa would be very nice. No doubt I would enjoy the view but learning more of who you are would be so much better.
